Allmode.ai is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our websites, mobile applications, browser extensions, and other online services (collectively, the "Services").

Browser Extension & Office Add-ins
When you use our browser extension or Office add-ins (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), we may additionally process the following information:
- Web page content: We only read the text content of the current webpage when you explicitly request it (e.g., "Summarize this page"). We do not automatically monitor or collect your browsing activity.
- Selected text: Selected content is only sent to AI services when you select text and actively trigger an AI action.
- Screenshots and images: Image data is only processed when you actively use the screenshot or image-upload feature.
- Office document content: Relevant content from the current document is only sent to AI services for processing when you explicitly request AI analysis.
- Local storage: An authentication token and your user preferences (theme, interface language, last-used AI model, favourite models) are stored locally in the browser so you remain signed in across browser restarts. Chat history and document content are stored on our servers under your account so they can sync across your devices.
The web-page and document content described above is processed in real time. You can uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection.
Our Chrome browser extension complies with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use policy: data received from the extension is used only to provide the AI-assistant feature itself. We do not sell, rent, or transfer user data to any third party for unrelated purposes, advertising targeting, or creditworthiness assessment.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with third parties for the following purposes:
- To provide the Services to you (e.g., AI service providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and our payment processor).
- To comply with legal requirements.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Allmode.ai, our users, or others.
We may also share your information with third parties for business purposes, such as to enable them to provide services on our behalf or to assist us in analyzing how the Services are used.
Your Choices
You have the following choices regarding the information we collect and use:
- You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communications we send you.
- You can adjust your browser settings to disable cookies, or you can set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent.

Please note that if you opt out of certain types of data collection or use, you may not be able to use all of the features of the Services.
